Insurance Technology Platform — We Do Not Sell Insurance

Effective 2 September 2026. Working legal language for qualified insurance-counsel review before commercial reliance.

Technology role

Captive Feasibility supplies digital delivery systems, software subscriptions, enterprise licenses, workflow configuration, implementation, training, support, data migration, and approved custom software development. It is a technology provider only.

Eligible licensed customers

The platform is provided exclusively for licensed insurance companies, licensed insurance broker organizations, and licensed insurance agents acting in documented professional workflows. Authorized employees and professional service providers may use restricted functions only while acting under the licensed customer organization’s authority. The platform is not offered to John Q. Public.

Activities the technology company does not perform

Captive Feasibility does not act as an insurer, insurance agency, insurance broker, producer, managing general agent, third-party administrator, adjuster, claim payer, settlement administrator, escrow holder, or insurance payment intermediary.

It does not offer, recommend, quote, sell, solicit, negotiate, place, underwrite, bind, issue, service, cancel, adjust, or settle insurance.

Licensed-organization authority

The licensed customer organization configures its products and rules, validates source inputs, authorizes and supervises personnel, determines required professional review, obtains product, rate, and form approvals, and makes every insurance decision. A software output does not become an insurance decision merely because the platform produced it.

Software, calculations, and AI

Software and AI outputs organize information or provide decision support. They require authorized human review and do not make or recommend an underwriting, coverage, claim, settlement, compliance, actuarial, legal, tax, licensing, premium, or binding decision. Automated output is not a signed actuarial opinion.

No-premium and no-funds rule

Captive Feasibility and this website do not collect, receive, control, hold, transmit, or retain insurance premium, premium tax, policy fees, claim funds, settlement funds, escrow funds, or another payment that creates or changes an insurance right or obligation.

Technology invoices and insurance payments

Amounts billed by Captive Feasibility pay only for approved software and technology services. They are not insurance premiums or insurance transaction fees. Any permitted insurance payment is handled by the licensed organization or its authorized payment processor—not by Captive Feasibility.

Public pricing, public Checkout, public subscriptions, reusable Payment Links, and public payment registration are not available. Any future private technology invoice requires a named licensed organization, a written contract or approved Software Implementation Proposal, owner approval, and completion of the platform’s commercialization release gate.

Customer duties

The licensed organization is responsible for lawful configuration and use; licensing and authorization; data accuracy and provenance; supervision; legal, regulatory, actuarial, tax, and compliance review; product, rate, and form approval; user access; and every decision or action taken from an output.

Data, separation, and access

Public enquiries collect business contact and workflow information supplied by the sender. Approved implementations may process customer-supplied organization data under the applicable written agreement. Samples are labeled as sample, synthetic, or illustrative and are not presented as client results.

Private application records are access-controlled by authenticated role. Owner administration is separately authorized. Audit records are append-only and hash-chained. Historical records are retained according to applicable agreements and legal, regulatory, security, support, and evidentiary obligations. Tenant separation and retention requirements must be defined and validated for each approved implementation before customer data is accepted.

Questions and support

Technology-product, implementation, security, data-handling, training, and support questions may be sent through the technology enquiry form. Insurance, coverage, policy, premium, claim, settlement, and regulated-professional questions must go to the relevant licensed insurance organization or qualified professional.

Captive Feasibility

B2B actuarial workflow software, implementation, and support for licensed insurance companies, licensed insurance broker organizations, and licensed insurance agents acting in documented professional workflows. Independent of formation, management, commission, premium, and domicile-office revenue.

Des Moines, Iowa

The platform’s analytical outputs are not a signed actuarial opinion, legal advice, or tax advice. Qualified professionals and the licensed organization remain responsible for review, judgment, regulatory filings, and insurance decisions.
